Why Tahoe?
When Tim and I were still getting to know each other, he took me camping at Emerald Bay, sleeping under the stars and waking up to sun rays filtered through the trees. All that beauty right by the lake set the stage for falling in love. Several years later, we found that everything we enjoy together — rock climbing, mountain biking, river floating, paddleboarding, skiing & snowboarding — can be enjoyed every day within the Tahoe region. I have my favorites among those sports, but Tim's passion for snowboarding made living as close to Palisades as possible the most acceptable choice.
